Family Class Sponsorship
Allows Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor close family members, including spouses, partners, children, parents, and grandparents, to become permanent residents of Canada. Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. Must be at least 18 years old. Must sign an undertaking to financially support the sponsored family member. Must meet Low Income Cut-Off (LICO)
Visitor Visa
Allows individuals to visit Canada for tourism, family visits, business, or other temporary purposes. Managed by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), this visa is typically granted for stays up to six months. Must have a valid travel document (passport). Must be in good health. Must have no criminal or immigration-related convictions. Must demonstrate ties to home country, such as a job, home, financial assets, or family. Must have enough money for your stay and to return home. Must plan to leave Canada at the end of the visit. May need a letter of invitation from someone who lives in Canada.
Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA)
Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is a mandatory entry requirement for visa-exempt foreign nationals traveling to Canada by air. Managed by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), an eTA is electronically linked to the traveler’s passport and is valid for up to five years or until the passport expires.
Temporary Resident Permit
Temporary Resident Permit (TRP) allows individuals who are otherwise inadmissible to Canada to enter the country for a specific reason and period. Issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), a TRP is granted when the individual's need to enter or stay in Canada outweighs the risks of their inadmissibility. Granted due to specific circumstances. Evidence weighed by officers.
PR Card Renewal
Permanent Resident (PR) Card Renewal allows Canadian permanent residents to renew their PR card, which is required for re-entry into Canada if traveling outside the country. The PR card is typically valid for five years and must be renewed before it expires. Must be a permanent resident of Canada. Must be physically present in Canada when applying. Must meet the residency obligation of having lived in Canada for at least 730 days in the last five years. Must not be under an effective removal order.
Express Entry
Express Entry is an online system used by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to manage applications for permanent residence from skilled workers. It is designed to select candidates who are most likely to succeed economically in Canada. Programs Managed under Express Entry. Start-UP Visa
Start-Up Visa is designed for innovative entrepreneurs who want to establish a business in Canada. This program helps qualified entrepreneurs gain permanent residence while promoting economic development through the creation of jobs and businesses in Canada. Qualifying Business: Your business must be incorporated and carrying on business in Canada, and you must hold a significant ownership (at least 10% of voting rights) in the company. Commitment Certificate and Letter of Support: You need to secure a commitment from a designated organization, such as a venture capital fund, angel investor group, or business incubator.
